A hearing date is set for a teenager accused of killing a Huntsville man.
19-year-old Xavier Shaquille Green is in the Metro Jail without bond.
He's accused of shooting and killing Cornelius Powell.
That shooting happened December 8th , 2011 in the parking lot of Twickenham Apartments on Galaxy Way.
Green will be in court January 4th.
