An incident review board is reviewing the shooting involving two Huntsville police officers.
Investigators say Samuel Ward shot at the officers, and they fired back - hitting him.
Ward is in Huntsville Hospital. Due to privacy laws, we can't get an updated condition on Ward, but we were last told he's in critical condition.
This shooting happened Monday on Earl Street in West Huntsville.
Once ward is released from the hospital, he'll face attempted murder charges.
