Authorities said they broke up a huge drug operation in the Tennessee Valley. Twenty people were arrested Thursday morning and two more are charged in what investigators called overlapping drug rings.More >>
The grand jury returned three capital murder indictments each against 21-year-old Jordaan Creque, 22-year-old Cassandra Eldred and 20-year-old Ezekiel Gholston.
The three are accused of murdering Jessie Aguilar and Jeff Graff at the Krystal restaurant in Decatur during a robbery on August 14th.
If convicted, the trio faces the death penalty or life in prison without parole.
