Gun possibly used in Krystal shootings found in lake

DECATUR, AL (WAFF) - Police believed they have recovered the murder weapon used in the Decatur shootings.

The Decatur Police Department investigators, with the assistance of the HEMSI dive team and the Morgan County Rescue team conducted a search of the northeast corner of Wilson Morgan Lake in an attempt to recover the gun used in the murder of Jeffrey Graff and Jessie Aguilar at the Krystal restaurant earlier this week. Divers located a 9mm handgun around 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

Jordan Creque, Cassandra Eldred, and Ezekiel Gholston all face capital murder charges. They appeared before a Morgan County judge Friday morning.
