DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
All three suspects in the Decatur Krystal murders appear before a Morgan County judge Friday morning.
One by one, Jordaan Creque, Cassandra Eldred, and Ezekiel Gholston appeared on a closed circuit TV as Judge Shelly Waters read their charges.
"You're charged with two counts of capital murder. You have no bond. You're not entitled to a bond based on the bond statute," Judge Waters told them.
Because it's their first appearances, prosecutors didn't read off any evidence against the three.
Creque and Gholston didn't say much during their hearings, but Eldred had a message for her parents.
"Tell my parents that I love them," said Eldred to the judge.
Judge Waters appointed attorneys for all three suspects and set court dates for mid-September.
