Gadsden woman accused of calling in threat to courthouse

22-year-old Kristidis Tolbert of Gadsden is charged with making a terrorist threat.

Investigators said Tolbert allegedly called the juvenile probation office around 8:45 a.m. Thursday, stating she needed to leave a message for the Court Referral Office (CRO). Authorities said in that message Tolbert allegedly said, "Tell the CRO folks they are going to burn."

Investigators said Tolbert had been scheduled to report to CRO the same day.  They said when they contacted her, she admitted leaving the message.

"All threats made to any agency or county building is taken seriously and will be investigated to the fullest," said Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

Tolbert was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
