BRYAN, Texas (AP) - Gordon Neale shot a 7-under 64 Wednesday at Miramont to top the boys' field in the Junior PGA Championship, and Kristen Gillman increased her lead to three strokes in the girls' division. Neale, the 17-year-old Trabuco Canyon, California, player who has committed to SMU, birdied the first five holes and finished with eight birdies and a bogey.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Quarterback battles and signal-caller questions abound in the Southeastern Conference going into preseason camps. The turnover at football's most important position has been so significant that division favorites Alabama and South Carolina will be banking on new starters. Ditto for Texas A&M, Georgia and defending East Division champion Missouri.

ATLANTA (AP) - Auburn and Clemson have agreed to play a home-and-home series in 2016 and 2017. The schools announced the deal Wednesday. Auburn will host the game on Sept. 3, 2016. They'll meet at Clemson on Sept. 9, 2017.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Matt Kemp singled in the winning run in the bottom of the 10th inning, Zack Greinke struck out a season-high 13 and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Atlanta Braves 3-2 on Wednesday night for their season-best fifth straight victory. Kemp scored the Dodgers' first two runs of the game.
