(AP) - Union officials say race-based discrimination claims have been filed against Kellogg, whose workers have been ordered back to work after a nine-month lockout from the company's Memphis plant. More than 200 workers were locked out Oct. 21 after contract negotiations broke down. The company brought in replacement workers.

The Birthplace of Country Music Museum debuts today and will host a grand opening ceremony tomorrow. Exhibits will recognize the musical heritage of Bristol, Virginia, and Bristol, Tennessee.

(AP) - A man who donated to a South Dakota museum a slightly damaged acoustic guitar played by Elvis Presley that is at the center of a custody battle insists he had the right to give it away because he owned it. A federal judge has been asked to determine whether blues guitarist Robert A. Johnson rightfully owned the broken instrument when he donated it to the National Music Museum last year.
