Tuscumbia, AL -
A Tuscumbia woman is on a mission to replace the instruments that were lost when the EF-5 tornado hit Phil Campbell High School, destroying the band room.
Marcia Kimbrough is the owner of Willows Day Spa in Tuscumbia. Her business has been collecting donations for storm victims over the past five weeks.
A recent post on Facebook about Phil Campbell's band caught Kimbrough's eye.
"We all have close ties to band. My children were in band my grandchildren are in band," said Kimbrough.
She said her business is now focusing all of its efforts on replacing some of the instruments. They don't have funds to restore them all, though.
Kimbrough said if you have an instrument you'd like to donate, you can bring it by the spa, and she'll make sure it gets to Phil Campbell High School's band.
