Troy Police have charged 67-year-old Havilyn Gail Holley with for theft by deception.

Holley worked for a local travel agency that was booking a senior cruise for students from Luverne High School and Crenshaw Christian Academy.  Authorities said parents had paid thousands for the cruise since August, but days before they were scheduled to leave, they found out the travel agency didn't exist anymore and their tickets were no where to be found.

Troy Police said Holley turned herself in on Monday after an arrest warrant was issued on Friday.

Holley's bond is set at $5,000.
