LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

A pre-trial hearing is set for a Shoals police chief charged with DUI.

Tuscumbia Chief Tony Logan is accused of driving drunk in Florence back in 2009. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for June 8th, his trial is scheduled for June 27th.

Logan is still on the job in Tuscumbia.
