A group of Arab high school alumni is suiting up for a football game this weekend, and it's all for a good cause.
The entire team, which are all over the age of thirty, held their final practice Thursday.
Their opponents this weekend will be a group of players from Brindlee Mountain.
Some of the proceeds from the game will go to the local football programs, but parking will go to help friends and neighbors affected by April 27th's storms.
"A big portion of that will go to the tornado relief effort in Arab. Hopefully the game itself will create a little bit of a diversion for some people that need it. They are a little bit mind weary and hopefully people will come out and have a good time and enjoy an evening in Arab," said Allan Murphree, Arab football boosters president.
The game will be at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Arab city park.
