Huntsville Police collection for those in need

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Huntsville police are working hard to make sure everyone is safe and taken care of in the wake of the storms.  

Starting Sunday they're opening a collection point for those in need.

Tomorrow at 1 P-M at 3223 Hi-LHo circle in Huntsville.

You are encouraged to bring clothes, diapers and other things babies need.

You can also bring clean clothes and shoes, paper towels, plates, cups, toilet paper, can openers, non-perishable foods, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tarps.

They're even calling for usable furniture and appliances.

After tomorrow's collection,  if you need any of that stuff you can come to the same location for a pick-up on Monday from 1 P-M  to 6 P-M  in the afternoon.

And every day after that from 8 A-M through 6 P-M.

This is being put on by Huntsville Police and Seventh Day Adventist Services.
