MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A Marshall County pharmacist facing drug charges will be able to continue operating at his Scant City location following a judge's order.
The landlord of Timothy Neal Bishop's pharmacy had filed suit seeking that he be evicted due to un timeliness of rent payments.
But a judge on Thursday ruled Bishop did not violate the contract terms and taxed court cost to the landlord.
