LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - The Lauderdale County District Attorney's Office has recused itself from the DUI trial of Tuscumbia Police Chief Tony Logan.
The Alabama Attorney General's Office is taking over the case.
Logan is accused of driving drunk in December of 2009 in Florence. His trial is expected to start in the next few months.
