MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A man due in court Friday for the murder of a Marshall County businessman will have to come back next month.
A preliminary hearing for 33 year old Wesley Claude Burgess of Guntersville was continued to February 18th.
Burgess was arrested last November in the 2009 murder of Rick Moody who was murdered in his Claysville business, Motors and Cash.
