ARAB, AL (WAFF) - Arab police arrested the owner of Bishop's Pharmacy at Scant City on drug charges.
62-year-old Timothy Neal Bishop was charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance.
Marshall County Drug Unit, Albertville VICE & Narcotics, Marshall County District Attorney's Office, Guntersville PD, & Alabama Board of Pharmacy assisted in the investigation.
He is being held at the Marshall County Sheriff's Department on a $60,000. The investigation is ongoing.
