ATHENS, AL (WAFF)- A woman accused of murdering her boyfriend will go on trial this fall.
Lisa Pate's trial has been continued until September 27th.
Her murder trial was set to begin the week of August 9th.
Pate is charged with the 2009 murder of James Miller, who was found shot to death in his Limestone County home.
