HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - The 31st running of the Cotton Row Run was a big success, as over five thousand runners took to the Huntsville Street. There were over twenty four hundred in just the 10K. When the 10K was all said and done George Towett would pull away from the field and dominate the race with a winning time of 29:20.
Huntsville's David Riddle was the top local male finisher crossing the finish line in 4th place. On the Women's side Janet Cherobon would win her second straight Cotton Row Run title, while Madison's Emily Hardin would end up the top local Female Finisher.
