HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF)- Two brother are charged with breaking into a home and robbing a man.
It happened on March 13 at a home on Patton Road in Huntsville. The victim was a 49-year-old man, who claimed the suspects were armed with a weapon when they broke into the home.
Police said after an investigation, they arrested 25-year-old Samuel Sirvoy Ward and 22-year-old Jason Ward. They are both charged with 1st Degree Robbery.
Samuel Ward was booked into the Madison County Metro Jail on $60,000 bond. Police said no bond was set for Jason Ward because he was already in jail on unrelated charges.
Investigators said the Ward brothers were also arrested on April 3 in connection with the assault of one of their officers near Artic and Timberlane. In that incident, police charged them with 2nd degree assault.
