HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - The Huntsville Havoc would fall behind in Game Two of the SPHL Championship Series with Mississippi for the second straight night. The Surge would find the back of the net twice in the first period to take a 2-0 lead heading into the break.
But whatever Head Coach Randy Murphy said to his team during the break worked like a charm. Brett Liscomb, Mike McDonald, and Justin Rohr would add goals for the Havoc, while Dan McWhinney would stop 24-26 shots in helping the Havoc take Game Two 3-2
With the win Huntsville can wrap up the SPHL Championship Saturday night at the VBC, first puck drops at 7:30.
