Huntsville Stars Fall in Season Opener

The Huntsville Stars were back on the field for the first time in 2010 looking to pick a season opening win on the road at Chattanooga.

Things would start out great for the Stars by scoring two run in the first inning. Brett Lawrie would double on a fly ball to center that would score Lorenzo Cain giving them a 1-0 lead. The Stars would strike again in the first when Taylor Green would be out on a sacrifice fly to left that would score Brett Lawrie.

However after the first inning the Stars would go could, as Chattanooga would score one run in sixth and three runs in the eighth innings en route to a 4-2 season opening win.

Huntsville will go for their first win of the season on Friday as the same two teams meet at 6:15.
