UAHuntsville's upcoming Charged Up For Change! EXPO, on March 31, 2010, will bring together local individuals and groups who create positive social change in diverse and unusual ways. The EXPO features a community fair, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., and a panel discussion, 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the University Center, UAHuntsville. Booth registration for the fair is due by March 17 and there is no fee!
DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the Charged Up For Change! EXPO is to encourage students and others to see how they might get involved in community activities and inspire them to use their own imaginations to create social change in unusual ways. Exhibitors and visitors will be able to network and exchange ideas. Local musicians, actors, and performance artists will contribute to the carnival-like atmosphere. We will have refreshments, door prizes, and other creative surprises.
