DECATUR, AL (WAFF) - More graphic testimony today in the teacher sex scandal story in Morgan county.

Heather DeFoor is charged with enticing a minor and sexual abuse of a then-14 year old girl.

It was an opportunity for Heather DeFoor to tell her side of the story.

While on the stand she admitted to allowing the girl to have sips of an alcoholic beverage, and admitted to having sex with the girl's brother in a bedroom, while the girl was in another room.

But she fervently denied there was anything sexual between herself and the student.

During closing arguments, the prosecution said they proved 4 points on the enticement; an invitation to the home or room, that the child was under 16, and that the defendant acted with lascivious intent: and the invitation was for sexual purposes.

The defense said this whole trial is wrong because they say the alleged event never happened.

They maintain the story was made up because the girl was confronted by a friend who had heard rumors of her incestuous relationship with her brother.

It's now in the hands of a jury.

They will meet again tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.
