POWELL, AL (WAFF) - A local man remains behind bars accused of trying to set a mobile home on fire.

The incident happened last week on County Road 505 in Dekalb County.

The homeowner called authorities saying Randall Ginn was pouring gas on his trailer and threatening to burn it down.

When investigators arrived they also found a meth lab outside.

Ginn was arrested Monday during a sting operation.

He's charged with arson and manufacturing of a controlled substance.
