AMBER Alert for missing Tennessee girl

HUNTSVILLE, AL  (WAFF) - An AMBER Alert has been activated out of Tennessee for a missing 13-year-old girl who may be in Huntsville.

The alert activated about 5:00 p.m. Monday afternoon comes at the request of the Macon County, Tennessee Sheriff's Office.

Judi Juarez is a Hispanic female, with black hair and brown eyes. She is 4'6" tall and weighs 100 lbs.

Juarez's family discovered her missing this morning.

Judi is with a 22 year-old Hispanic male, Jose Martin Cano.

Cano is believed to be driving a purple or plum colored 2 door 1996 Ford Escort hatchback with TN license plate 485TJL. The vehicle is not registered to the abductor.

Cano is 5'7" tall and weighs 165 lbs.

Investigators have developed information that Cano may currently be in the Huntsville area.

Warrants have been issued for his arrest.
