A grand jury indicted a man accused of enticing children.
ALBERTVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A fight over driving habits lands one man in Huntsville Hospital with stab wounds and a second man in jail.
Albertville Police arrested Jerry Dewayne Plott on a charge of Assault 1st Degree.
Plott is accused of cutting and stabbing Keith Looney early Sunday morning at a mobile home park on Rose Road.
Plott and Looney reportedly began arguing about Looney's driving habits through the mobile home park.
Looney suffered two large lacerations and a stab wound. He had to be flown to the hospital by Air Evac.
The case is still being investigated by Albertville Police.
