A new form of advertising, called "Flogo," floats for 40 miles up in the sky, and it has the brains behind the project on cloud nine.

"We can generate these flogos into the sky and they just are crowd stoppers, turns your head. people love them," said Francisco Guerra.

President of snow masters, Francisco Guerra says his team has worked on this concept for about seven years. Exactly how it works is a secret, but the components are not.

"It's foam filled. It looks like a cloud once it's in the sky; it's about 99% ambient air and 1% helium. We generate the foam through a machine," he said.

A machine that is still not a finished project.

"We change it every day. I mean, there's something going on every time we turn it on. There's things that we see that could be better," Flogo designer Kyle Randolph said.

Time spent making it better for one of their biggest clients.

"Disney was supposed to come see it a month ago, that night we went through 3 motors trying to get it up and running," said Randolph.

"We're here all during the night, wanting to give up all the time, we keep going," Director of manufacturing, Max Scott said.

Persistence that paid off.

"There's nothing else out there like it. we all come up with big ideas here so you never know what we're going to come up with next," said Scott.

And don't plan on this cloud evaporating anytime soon.

"Eventually you'll see them on cruise lines to beach shores, on every major city that advertises from Nike to McDonald's," Guerra said.
