A strong cold front will track through the area this morning. Some showers will push through, but rain is not the main weather story. Much colder air and a strong NW wind will move in behind the front. Temperatures will fall from the low 60s this morning, into the 40s by this afternoon. The wind will pick up out of the NW around 20-30mph with higher gusts possible, making it feel even colder. We'll begin to dry out this afternoon.
Temperatures will continue to drop tonight with partial clearing expected. Lows will be in the mid 20s. Sunshine returns tomorrow but it stays chilly with highs only around 50.
Temperatures will begin to bounce back as we head into the weekend with low 60s expected. The chance for rain returns by Saturday and Sunday though it doesn't look like a total washout. We'll get back to dry weather early next week with highs remaining in the 60s.
Have a great Wednesday!
