Jury selection is underway for the man accused of killing a Decatur woman back in 1999.
Daniel Wade Moore is charged with capital murder in the death of Karen Tipton.
A jury convicted Moore and he was sentenced to death in 2002, but that conviction was overturned after the judge presiding over the case accused prosecutors of misconduct.
Because of that, the Alabama Supreme Court and the Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that a different judge should preside over Moore's new trial.
