NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Memphis voters will get an opportunity in November to decide a referendum over whether they want to allow wine sales in supermarkets in their city. Currently wine can only be sold in liquor stories but Memphis recently joined dozens of other communities that will consider the issue in the fall election.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - An appeal is planned in military court for a Fort Campbell soldier who was sentenced to death for killing two fellow service members and wounding 14 others in a 2003 grenade attack in Kuwait.
