Families Plan to Fight Closing of Wallace Center

Apr. 22 - Families concerned about the possible closing of a mental health center are taking their fight to the state capital.

The group will head to Montgomery Tuesday to voice their opinions on the issue.

The Lurleen B. Wallace Center in Decatur is one of 14-facilities the state wants to turn into a prison.

Families of the Wallace Center are fighting that plan. They'll meet with state leaders and express their concerns.
