PULASKI, TN (WAFF)- A shooting at a Pulaski, Tennessee, college campus is under investigation.
According to Pulaski Police Chief John Dickey, a man went inside a residential building at Martin Methodist College around 10 p.m. Sunday and shot one person in front of several witnesses.
They say the suspect, described as a black male, came in, demanding some sort of information, then fired a couple of shots, hitting the victim. The suspect then fled on foot.
Martin Methodist officials said they imposed an immediate lockdown and warned students and staff.
The victim was treated and released from the hospital.
Dickey said as of Monday morning they were still searching for the gunman and have not determined whether he is a student at the college.
