Road closings due to flooding

COLBERT COUNTY

The Colbert County Road Department has closed 6th Street at Buck Bridge (over Town Creek) and King Bridge Road at Town Creek Bridge due to flooding.

DEKALB COUNTY

Dekalb County EMA director Mike Leath reported two road closings in Dekalb County due to flooding.

* County Road 39 in Collinsville area

* County Road 386 in the Kilpatrick area

Leath said all of these roads are small roads with small bridges. He said the water on the roads were expected to recede Wednesday quickly and the roads should be reopened as soon as possible.
