Vandals damage signs vital to emergency responders

PHIL CAMPBELL, AL (WAFF) - Five people face charges for vandalizing street signs.

The four juveniles and one adult are accused of vandalizing six signs on four streets in Phil Campbell.

The vandalism left Phil Campbell with $250 in damages to the signs which are vital to emergency responders.
