HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A grand jury indicted a man for the death of his neighbor.
A Madison County grand jury indicted Samuel Miles, Jr. of murder. He's accused of killing Linda Keller, 50, in her Huntsville home in January.
Police said Miles shot Keller with a shotgun after breaking into her house. According to investigators, he then walked back to his home and called 911.
A trial date has not been set.
