SHEFFIELD, AL (WAFF) - The search is on for two men who forced their way into a Sheffield woman's home and robbed her while holding a machete to her throat.
The robbery on East 9th Street took place about 6 p.m. Thursday according to Sheffield police.
One suspect held the machete to the woman's throat while the second person ran into her bedroom and stole some cash.
Investigators believe the woman knows the suspects. She was not hurt in the attack. No one else was home at the time.
They are looking for two brothers, ages 20 and 17, to question about the robbery.
