HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - There is new information about a murder dating back to 2004. A trial date has finally been set.
Derrick Fulwise is charged with the capital murder of Wally Vess Junior.
Vess was killed in his Huntsville home in December of 2004. Fulwise was arrested and charged that same day.
Court documents show his trial is scheduled for this December 7th.
