Madison Co. Clinic to give free flu shots

Posted: Updated:

BROWNSBORO, AL (WAFF) - Madison County plans a second free flu shot clinic.

It will be held Tuesday at the District 3 East Office in Brownsboro. The address is 4273 Highway 72 East.

The free shots for seasonal influenza will be given from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

It is offered free to all citizens on a first-come, first-served basis.  Anyone with a Medicare Part B card is asked to present it to help state officials to be reimbursed for the cost of the vaccine.

Nearly 660 free flu shots were given out last week at the county's first free flu shot clinic.
