HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - It's a real crime involving fake money.
There are a hundred reasons why this man is in trouble with the law...and up to a thousand reasons why you should help police track him down.
Here's more in this week's WAFF 48 Crime Stoppers.
Back on April 26th, a guy came to the Discount Food Mart at the intersection of Winchester and Moores Mill in Huntsville.
He bought a lighter, but he "lit" some suspicion when he paid with a hundred dollar bill.
But the clerk, who's trained to check out larger bills, held the bill up in the light.
What she was looking for was to see if a watermark was there.
That's shows it's authentic.
She didn't see that watermark and she claimed it was counterfeit.
The man tried to get the clerk to swap out the fake hundred for a 20 dollar bill.
But the clerk wasn't buying into that.
She told him she was keeping it and calling police.
That was obviously the man's cue to vacate the premises.
Not only did this guy leave behind evidence in the form of the counterfeit 100 dollar bill, the surveillance video is extremely clear.
With the extremely clear shots of him, he'll be posing for a fresh mug shot.
He was driving what appeared to be a Dodge Intrepid.
Call 53-Crime. You'll remain anonymous and be eligible for up to a thousand dollars in "real" money.
Here's a look at some of the Valley's Most Wanted.

Nicolas Allen Duff is wanted for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident where the other driver was injured.
