
NEW HOPE, AL (WAFF) - Three people are in custody after police found a meth lab in New Hope.
44-year old -amy scarbarry, 46-year old david scarbarry-, and 20 year old -jodi lynn scarbarry - face charges of first degree manufacturing of a controlled substance.
An officer was at a home on Johnson Avenue to serve a misdemeanor warrant when he discovered a one-bottle meth lab and some finished product.
"It's looking like now it's not simply personal use, that this was something that they were cooking up the product and preparing to distribute," said New Hope Police Chief Shannon Hoover.

No children were at home at the time of the bust, but the Department of Human Resources has been notified.
