BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Did Avery Johnson coach his final game at Alabama on Wednesday in the NIT? According to Stadium Basketball Insider Jeff Goodman, Alabama is negotiating a contract buyout for Johnson, who is 75-62 in four seasons with the Crimson Tide.

Alabama finished this season 18-16, 8-10 in the SEC, after falling to Norfolk State in overtime in the NIT Wednesday. WBRC has reached out to Alabama Athletics for comment, but have not heard back.
