Jackson County man ruled incompetent to stand trial in child molestation case

JACKSON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - Timothy Hess Hollis was ruled incompetent to stand trial for allegedly molesting two young girls back in 2017.

The judge issued the ruling Thursday.

The state’s psychologist said Hollis was competent to stand trial, but the defense’s psychologist said he was not.

Hollis will remain in a state mental facility, and his case will be reviewed in June 2019.
